Registration for the State of the Beaver 2010 Conference

There are three ways to sign up for the conference. On line using your credit card, PayPal or USPS using a check or money order.

There are a limited number of scholarships available for this conference. If you wish to apply for a scholarship please send an electronic correspondence to beavers@surcp.org that includes your reasons for wanting to attend the conference and why you should be chosen for scholarship status. If you are granted scholarship status you will need to fill out a registration form.

The interest in being admitted on a scholarship basis has been keen. Presently we are accepting scholarships to the exclusion of the hosted keynote dinner. If you wish to attend the keynote dinner on a scholarship you will have to pay $30.00 as an admittance fee.

There has been considerable interest to attend only one day of the conference. We have therefore added a single day option to the list of possible registration choices. If you are registering for the Thursday schedule you will need to pay an additional fee for the evening keynote speech dinner. The fee for the evening banquet is $30.00 to be paid at the door.

Seating is limited to 400 people. Your registration will be confirmed via email or USPS and sent to the above contact information address. Electronic registration ends January 25, 2010. Registration at the door will require an additional $35 for the keynote dinner. Registration refunds will end January 1, 2010. After that date registration is transferable but not refundable.

The Thursday Keynote dinner will be either Prime Rib or Salmon Fillet. Please indicate your choice on the registration form. Otherwise you will be served Prime Rib.
